I have over 25 years  experience  in residential building. My background stems from a long line of quality-minded builders in my family.  I started working for my father Jack Waters and grandfather Ralph Waters in the early 80's.

Both my father and grandfather taught me from day one that quality and customer satisfaction were the two most important factors in building. In the mid 90's, I also became a licensed builder in SC and GA and had my own construction business for several years. 

In June of 2007, I became part of the team at Carolina Signature Homes at Woodside. Within my first year at Woodside, I completed seven semi-custom homes.   I enjoy my job and the team of co-workers at C.S.H.

I am a father of two teenage boys who I enjoy spending time with. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
