Mark is a lifetime resident of South Carolina, Mark has lived in Aiken for more than 27 years. Mark is married to Samantha and has one son, Evan and one daughter, Claire. He received his Construction Science & Mgt degree from Clemson University and also has a Masters Degree in Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Mark is a certified Project Manager, Certified Cost Engineer, and Certified LEED Professional. Mark has 14 years of experience in the construction industry and has experience in Industrial, Commercial and Residential Construction. He has specific experience in planning, development, estimating, procurement, scheduling, project & program management and facility management. He has also run his own consulting business providing construction services to Owners and Builders. Mark has managed over $164 million dollars in construction work in his career. Mark and his family are members of Cedar Creek Church.
