Sarah Kirkland - New Home Coordinator
Sarah is a lifetime resident of South Carolina, Sarah has lived in Aiken for more than 25 years. She is married and has one son currently living in Columbia, SC. She and her husband have owned a home in Woodside Plantation for approximately 13 years. Sarah formerly owned a residential construction company and built custom homes in the Aiken area and at Lake Murray near Columbia, SC. Sarah has the distinction of being one of the first women in Aiken County to have a residential construction license. Several years after she retired from the building business in 1995, she realized how much she missed both the building business and interaction with customers and joined Woodside Development Company in 1999.
