Susan Polk - ARB Coordinator
Susan Polk is a native of Johnston, SC and has now lived in the Aiken area since attending the University of South Carolina at Aiken in the mid 1980's. Mrs. Polk joined the construction team at Woodside Development in 1998 and is currently the Woodside Development Architectural Review Board Coordinator. Day to day Mrs. Polk is responsible for managing the plan approval process, implementing the Developer's covenants for all new home construction, providing preliminary site plans for perspective homeowners, serving as a liaison between the Master Builders and the Developer, and assists in the general day to day coordination of the home building process for Carolina Signature Homes. She now lives in North Augusta with her Husband Chris and their 2 children Karmen 14 and Garvin 2.
