Kent, a licensed residential builder with 27 years experience in the building and construction business, is a true leader in the development and construction of the The Reserve at Woodside Plantation and its various neighborhoods. He has built homes in several areas on the east coast in price ranges from $200,000 to $750,000. His construction experience includes residential single-family homes, multifamily homes and land development. Along with his vast experience, Kent has a B.S. Agriculture and an MBA Real Estate and Finance.
Having been in the building industry for 25 years, Shawn has a wide range of construction experience from hands-on construction in all fields, such as estimating, managing projects, supervising and working in customer service and sales. He has worked for both commercial and residential contractors and worked on historical renovations throughout the years.
As a dedicated worker for seven years, Antonio has been working to gain experience in a variety of positions throughout his career. He worked as a laborer in framing carpentry on Woodside home before joining the Carolina Signature Homes team.

Sarah Kirkland
Sarah is a former owner of a residential construction company and built custom homes in the Aiken area and at Lake Murray near Columbia, S.C. She is one of the first women in Aiken Country to have a residential construction license.
Sharon joined WDC/CSH in April 2006 after working in the banking industry for 20 years. In addition to a B.S.B.A. with a major in Marketing, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in Administration, Legal, and Accounting areas. Her title of Executive Assistant carries with it a wide range of responsibilities including Special Assistant to the CEO/Woodside Development , Warranty Administrator/CSH, Engineering and Development Meeting Coordinator and Pipeline Meeting Coordinator, as well as providing support for various members of management.
Nancy graduated from The University of South Carolina in 1986 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Before coming to Carolina Signature Homes, she spent 18 years in the Golf Car Manufacturing Industry with E-Z-GO, Textron, Inc where she was Branch Administration Mgr for 20+ Branch locations all over the U.S. She conducted Audits and was responsible for Policies & Procedures, budgets, bonus plans along with many other duties at both the Branch and Corporate level. She is responsible for all Accounting functions which includes closing with new homeowners.
