Tim Yonce - Warranty Superintendent
Tim has worked in the industry for over 16 Years. He started out in commercial construction at Savannah River Site, but switched over to residential in 2000. He is certified as a heavy equipment operator, a carpenter, a plumber, a painter, as well as having landscaping and electrical experience. Tim is from New Ellenton, SC and went to school at Silver Bluff High School. He enjoys spending time with girlfriend, Angela Smith, and his daughter, Emily Amanda Yonce. Tim is also a fan of any kind of motor sports.
